Crypto at Le Cowboy: deposits and withdrawals
Crypto sits alongside the cards and e-wallets on the payments page at Le Cowboy, and it behaves differently from all of them: the money moves on a public network rather than through a bank, so the timing, the fees and the mistakes you can make are of a different kind. This page covers depositing, withdrawing, choosing a network and living with the exchange rate.
Open the Le Cowboy cashierDepositing with bitcoin and USDT
A crypto deposit runs through the cashier: pick the coin, copy the address the cashier shows you, and send the transfer from your own wallet. Bitcoin and USDT are the two most used; ethereum and litecoin are common enough as well. The balance appears once the network has confirmed the transaction, which is why a deposit is rarely instant even when everything is correct.
Check the address and the network before you press send. A transfer that leaves on the wrong network is extremely hard to recover — it is not a support ticket, it is a lost payment, and no operator can reverse a confirmed transaction on a chain it does not control.
Withdrawing to your own wallet
Withdrawals happen in the same cashier: enter the coin, your wallet address and the amount. The network of the withdrawal has to match the network of your wallet. USDT exists on several networks, and picking the wrong one is the single most expensive mistake on this page.
Speed depends on two things that have nothing to do with each other: how busy the network is, and how long the platform's own review takes. Verification is the usual reason a first payout is slower than the ones after it. The network fee comes out of the amount, so very small withdrawals lose a disproportionate share to it.
The exchange rate and what it costs you
Coin prices move constantly, so the amount you deposited and the amount you withdraw can differ in ordinary currency even if the number of coins never changed. If you would rather not carry that swing, stablecoins tracking the dollar are the straightforward answer.
Check which currency the account itself is denominated in. When the balance is held in the coin, the rate only matters at the moment you convert; when it is held in ordinary currency, every deposit and payout crosses the rate. The terms say which applies, and it is worth two minutes before the first transfer rather than after it.
Fees, limits and verification
Le Cowboy does not add a fee of its own to crypto transfers — the cost you pay is the network fee, and it changes with demand rather than with the operator. Minimums exist so that a deposit is not eaten entirely by that fee. Verification still applies: crypto is a payment method, not a way around identity checks, and a payout to a wallet that does not belong to the account holder will be stopped.
If the money does not arrive
A crypto transfer is the one payment you can verify yourself: paste the transaction hash into a block explorer and you will see whether it confirmed, on which network, and to which address. Bring that hash to support — with it a stuck deposit is a five-minute matter, and without it nobody can tell your transfer from anyone else's.
